1. The spark plug does not fire when igniting.
When igniting, there should be an obvious discharge spark between the spark plug and the igniter body, which can be clearly seen and the sound of obvious spark discharge can be heard.
If the spark plug does not ignite, first check whether the ignition indicator light of the main control board is on for 1-2 seconds when the "test fire" button is operated to confirm whether the ignition control of the main control board is correct.
Whether there is carbon accumulation on the spark plug will also cause the spark plug to not ignite, and it needs to be cleaned.
Next, check the high-voltage package connected to the spark plug, as well as their interconnection and connection plug.
Apply DC3V (two ordinary batteries) to the input end of the high-voltage package, and spark discharge should be generated between the two output lines of the high-voltage package (the distance between the two lines is 2-10mm), otherwise the high-voltage package will be damaged.
2. No gas is ejected when igniting.
While operating the "Test Fire" button, you can use an open flame to ignite the ignition at the igniter of the CNC cutting machine, so as to confirm whether there is gas ejected during ignition.
If no gas is ejected, check the main control board and the solenoid valve indicator light according to the gas circuit fault inspection and troubleshooting method. If the indicator lights of the main control board and the solenoid valve are normal and there is no valve blockage, it is possible that the small hole of the gas nozzle on the igniter is blocked. The way to confirm the diagnosis is to loosen the nut under the adjustment knob on the igniter, put the knob in the water, and see if there is gas spewing out when it is ignited. If there is gas here and there is no gas where the igniter spits out, the gas nozzle must be blocked. The hole of the gas nozzle is very small, Ф0.4mm. The treatment method is to use a hacksaw blade to grind out a slender tip, and then use it to straighten the hole.
